Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds are issued in the same form as the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as perishable goods or customized products, may not be eligible for return. These will be clearly mentioned on the product page at the time of purchase.
